Hong is a passionate Physiotherapist dedicated to helping individuals move better and live pain-free. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from INTI International University and specializes in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, movement correction, and sports injury recovery.

With a deep interest in biomechanics and functional movement, Hong takes a hands-on, movement-based approach to treatment, focusing on restoring mobility, preventing injuries, and enhancing performance. Whether it's guiding athletes through rehabilitation or helping individuals with posture-related discomfort, he tailors his treatments to each person's unique needs.
